Product Data Sync

Product Data Sync synchronizes every product's attribute from your Shopify store (name, prices, SKU, etc.) to ensure all product data is matched to our system.

By synchronizing this data, B2Bridge can calculate and display correct prices to your B2B customers.

How Product Data Sync works:

  • When you first install B2Bridge, our app automatically synchronizes all data for the 1st time, ensuring that you are configuring with the latest data.

  • After installation, our app synchronizes every 30 minutes.

  • Between those 30-min gaps, if you make changes to any products (name, prices, etc.) in the Shopify admin and want to see immediate change in our app, then you can press the Sync button.
